Bolo de Cacau, Banana e Canela / Cocoa, Banana and Cinnamon Cake

Bolo de Cacau, Banana e Canela /  Cocoa, Banana and Cinnamon Cake

          Olá gente, ....então vamos para mais um receita ?
         Hoje é dia de bolo de novo. Todos sabem que eu amo bolo, que não resisto, que não posso ver que como tudo mesmo. E se for um bolo assim saudável então, aí é que não sobra nada mesmo.
          Ingredientes :
                3 bananas picadas,
½  medida de aveia;
2 medidas de farinha de trigo integral;
4 a 6 colheres de sopa de adoçante ou açúcar de sua preferência;
Água filtrada em quantidade suficiente;
4 claras ,
1 colher de sopa de chia,
2 colheres de sopa de linhaça dourada;

Hello folks, .... so let's go for another recipe?
Today is cake day again. Everyone knows that I love cake, that I can not resist, that I can not see it as everything. And if it is a cake so healthy then, there is nothing left.
Ingredients:
3 chopped bananas,
½ measure of oats;
2 measures of whole wheat flour;
4 to 6 tablespoons of sweetener or sugar of your choice;
Filtered water in sufficient quantity;
4 clear,
1 tablespoon chia,
2 tablespoons golden flaxseed;
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder,
Cocoa powder to taste
½ measure of corn oil, coconut oil or even butter,
1 teaspoon baking soup
Start by pouring the sauce into half a cup of water overnight in the refrigerator so it hydrate. The next day put in the blender or processor a whisk, oil, sugar or sweetener, 1 measure water, bananas, cinnamon, cocoa powder and beat everything until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour this mixture into a bowl over the oats and whisk until all ingredients are incorporated (remember that the oats will absorb the water and after that you will evaluate the final amount of water that will give the ideal smoothness). Put the whole flour, moist cream and flaxseed flour and beat again adding the amount of water that is necessary for the dough to be aerated (with bubbles bursting). Finally put a tablespoon of yeast and mix the dough with a spoon. Bake for about 50 minutes or until the cake is ready. Remove from oven and wait to cool to taste!
Super easy is not it? And super delicious too ....
See you!

     Pique as bananas e as congele. Vá acrescentando a água caso seja necessário.

Hello people, passing to leave another basic recipe that works and has already become a joker in my life!
Guys, that's mega easy! You can not even believe it works, but believe me, give it! Not to mention the myriad possibilities it allows. There goes then!
Ingredients: 1 kilo banana caturra (must be very mature, the more mature the better it gets),  1 strawberry box, 1 tablespoon chia and filtered water.
How to make ?
Chop the bananas and freeze them. On another day, take them to a processor with a little filtered water and beat at full speed until the whole banana becomes a paste. Add water if necessary. Remove the pasty banana from the processor and place in a jar and return to the freezer.
In a pan put some filtered water and some chopped strawberries letting it boil until the strawberry disintegrates. Turn off the heat and put a spoonful of chia. Stir well to mix chia well.
Wait for the syrup to cool and place over the "banana ice cream" and you're done! You can delight yourself!
And the best people ... with the banana you can put, avocado, mango, strawberry, blackberry, passion fruit pulp, cocoa powder ... everything your taste buds ask for!
If you want, you can also add honey, brown sugar or demerara, sweetener if you do not like it so naturally. But I say, the secret is at the banana point. The more mature she is, the less need for sugar!

Bjos a todos !
